A NEW CHAPTER FOR COMMUNITY TECHNOLOGY

Technology built with people, for good.

We pair nonprofit expertise with thoughtful engineering to create accessible, sustainable tools that strengthen communities.

FIRST, WE LISTEN

Your mission deserves technology that feels human.

Every meaningful technology story begins with the people living it. We listen first, design alongside them, and leave organizations with tools they can understand, own, and sustain.

THEN, WE BUILD TOGETHER

Projects united by
a public purpose.

MEET THE TEAM

Thoughtful systems start with a human point of view.

AUSTIN SISINNI · NONPROFIT LEADER · SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Making complex systems feel clear, useful, and human.

Austin is a Senior Software Engineer at Alarm.com and a Florida Institute of Technology software engineering graduate. During his first two years at Alarm.com, he built and supported production-quality web experiences and life-safety systems serving millions of users, developing a practical understanding of reliability, scale, and the responsibility behind technology people depend on.

His specialty is cloud engineering and building complex systems that feel simple for the people using them. Alongside nonprofit and community leadership experience, Austin brings web development practice from Harbor Heights Entertainment and public open-source work spanning Java and Python integrations, real-time APIs, and AI-agent workflows with policy, verification, and auditability. At Sisinni Software, he applies that rigor to accessible technology shaped around each organization's real capacity and goals.
